What We Are
East Valley Tree Care is an independent referral and matching service for tree removal, trimming, and storm cleanup across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, AZ. Tell us what's going on with your tree — storm or wind damage, a leaning or hazard tree, a removal you've been putting off, palm work, a stump, or routine trimming — and we connect your request with an independent, local tree service company that reports carrying insurance and serves your area. What We Are Not
East Valley Tree Care is not a tree service company and does not climb, cut, remove, or trim trees ourselves. We don't employ climbers or ground crew, own chippers or bucket trucks, or perform any tree work of any kind. Every job is completed by an independent local company that runs its own business, sets its own price, and carries its own insurance. Cost figures published on this site are general reference ranges we've researched — not a price we're offering to honor, and not a quote for your specific job.
Our Research Methodology
Cost ranges and guidance on this site come from named, dated research — including Phoenix-area pricing data and East Valley-specific context on desert species like sissoo and mesquite, HOA tree rules, and monsoon storm risk — cited on the pages that use them. Regulatory claims (Arizona contractor-advertising law, tree-service licensing status, call-recording consent) are checked against primary sources rather than assumed, and are date-stamped so they can be rechecked as rules change. If something on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, we correct it at the source, and the correction carries through everywhere that fact is referenced.

A Note on Licensing & Insurance

Arizona does not appear to have a dedicated tree-service/arborist contractor classification through the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) -- we recommend verifying insurance and any certifications directly with the company before hiring.
A Note on How We Describe Ourselves
Arizona law (A.R.S. § 32-1165) makes it a misdemeanor to advertise the ability to perform licensed contractor work without holding that license, and defines "advertising" broadly. We take that seriously: everywhere on this site, we describe ourselves as a referral and matching service, never as the company doing the climbing, cutting, or removal.
