Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of eastvalleytreecare.com, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. By using this site, calling the number on it, or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. This document has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is flagged for review within 30 days of the site going live.

1. What This Service Is (and Isn't)

East Valley Tree Care is an independent referral service, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC, that connects East Valley homeowners with independent, third-party tree service companies for removal, trimming, and storm cleanup work. We don't climb, cut, or remove trees ourselves, and we are not a licensed contractor. We do not climb, cut, remove, or trim trees, employ climbers or ground crew, or own chippers, bucket trucks, or other tree-service equipment. Every job is performed by an independent local company that operates its own business. Nothing on this site is an offer by East Valley Tree Care to perform tree removal, trimming, or storm-cleanup work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, submit a request, or opt in to text messages. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provide is yours or one you're authorized to use.

3. How Matching Works

When you submit a request, we route it to an independent local tree service company that reports carrying insurance and covering your area. That company contacts you directly to assess the job and provide a price. Any agreement for tree work — price, scope, timeline, and warranty — is strictly between you and that company. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed.

4. Cost Information

Cost figures on this site are general reference ranges from our own research, provided for planning purposes only. They are not a quote, an estimate specific to your property, or a price East Valley Tree Care or any matched company is bound to honor. Your matched company determines the actual price after seeing the job.

5. No Licensing or Certification Representation

We work with providers who report carrying general liability insurance and, where applicable, industry certification such as ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) credentials. Arizona does not appear to have a dedicated tree-service/arborist contractor classification through the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) -- we recommend verifying insurance and any certifications directly with the company before hiring.

Inclusion of a company or reference in any page of this site — including our how-to-hire guide — is not an endorsement, rating, or guarantee. You're responsible for independently confirming any insurance or certification a company claims before hiring them.

6. SMS Program Terms

  • Program description: if you opt in, East Valley Tree Care and/or your matched tree service company may text you about your request — confirming details, letting you know a company is following up, or answering your questions. This is not a recurring marketing program.
  • Consent is optional and is never required to submit a request or receive a match.
  • Frequency: message frequency may vary based on your request.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or use the contact page.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or use the contact page.
  • Carrier disclaimer: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Age restriction: the SMS program is available only to users 18 years of age or older.

As our internal standard — not a claim about current federal law — when you check the consent box on our contact form, you agree that East Valley Tree Care and the independent tree service company(ies) connected to your request may contact you by phone call or text message, including using automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, about your request. Checking the box is not a condition of receiving a match or of any purchase; you may leave it unchecked and we'll reach you by a manually dialed call instead. We record the consent text shown to you and the time you agreed. If you're later matched with a company not named to you at the time of consent, that company must obtain its own consent before sending you any automated marketing.

8. Call Recording

Calls to our tracked number may be recorded. See our Privacy Policy for details, including Arizona's call-recording consent posture and our audible-notice practice.

9. Independent Companies; No Endorsement or Guarantee

  • Tree service companies we match you with are independent businesses — not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers.
  • We do not verify any company's insurance, certification, workmanship, or pricing on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, workmanship, property damage, or personal injury arising from work they perform.

10. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This site and our matching service are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that a matched company will be available, that any job will be completed to your satisfaction, or that cost figures will match your actual price. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our matching service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be venued in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
