Privacy Policy

East Valley Tree Care is an independent referral service, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC, that connects East Valley homeowners with independent, third-party tree service companies for removal, trimming, and storm cleanup work. We don't climb, cut, or remove trees ourselves, and we are not a licensed contractor. This policy explains what information AuthenitcBrand, LLC ("East Valley Tree Care," "we," "us") collects through eastvalleytreecare.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is flagged for review within 30 days of the site going live.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, phone number, ZIP code, which situation/path applies (storm, removal, palm, or trim), and details about your tree issue when you submit our contact form or call our number.
• Call data: once our tracked phone number is live, we collect the number you called from, call duration, and — subject to the recording notice in Section 3 — a recording of the call.
• Usage data: standard analytics data (pages viewed, general location by IP, device/browser type) collected automatically through Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to match your request with an independent, local tree service company that reports carrying insurance and serves your area, to contact you about that match, and to improve this site. We do not use your information to make hiring, credit, insurance, or employment decisions about you.

3. Call Recording

Arizona is reported as a one-party consent state for call recording (claude_FACTS_AZ_STATE.md AZ-001 -- primary statute citation still unverified, do not cite a section number on the live privacy policy until that's closed). Any recording on the tracked number still plays an audible notice at the start of the call (portfolio-wide practice, applied regardless of the state minimum).

If you don't want your call recorded, you can hang up and reach us through the contact form instead. Recordings, where made, are retained no longer than 12 months and used only for quality, training, and dispute-resolution purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your contact information and job details only with the specific independent tree service company we match you with, so they can contact you to quote and, if you choose, perform the work. Your phone number and other SMS opt-in data are shared only with the specific independent provider needed to fulfill your request, and are never sold or shared with anyone else for marketing purposes. If your request is later matched to a different provider than the one originally contacted, we obtain fresh consent before that new provider sends you any automated marketing message.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in on our contact form, East Valley Tree Care (and the specific independent tree service company you're matched with) may text you about your request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in to SMS is never required to submit your request or receive a match.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but won't prevent you from submitting a request.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain contact-form submissions and call records for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact information in Section 12. We don't sell personal information collected through this site as a matter of policy. If applicable law in your state gives you additional rights to access, correct, opt out of certain processing, or delete your information, contact us and we'll respond consistent with that law.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our SMS program is limited to users 18 and older (see our Terms of Service).

10. Third-Party Sites

This site may link to third-party resources — for example, city and county civic pages referenced in our service-area content, or the sites of the real companies referenced in our guides. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
